Seeking Experienced HVAC Install Technicians

Hours: Monday - Friday with rotating on-call and weekends

Pay: $30-$40/hour; Commensurate with experience + additional weekly commissions

HVAC Install Technician Position Summary:

The HVAC Install Technician position is responsible for the removal of existing equipment and the installation of traditional HVAC split systems, heat pumps, air handlers, boilers, space-pak units, and more.

• HVAC Install Technician Job Duties and Responsibilities:*
• Install new equipment including furnace, condensers, humidifiers, indoor air quality products, boilers, etc.
• Transport equipment and materials to job site
• Work with various tools, machinery and supplies efficiently
• Detail oriented when given tasks by supervisors
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Working knowledge of technology and mobile devices
• Available for late night and/or weekend jobs as needed
• Minimum of 3 years field experience
• Advanced sheet metal skills required
• Zone systems experience a plus
• Class licenses are a plus
• Willingness to learn, attend classes for professional advancement
• Additional duties as assigned

HVAC Install Technician Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years HVAC service experience
• Universal EPA Certification
• Work with industry-related tools, materials and supplies including duct work
• Ability to regularly move, lift, and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to climb extension ladders to access roof-top units
• Detail oriented and customer service focused
• Strong listening and communication skills
• NATE Certification a plus
• Valid Driver’s License and clear driving record
• Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
