“Called them to install a new water heater. They came the next morning. I felt bad for the technician because my water heater is located in the garage and it was 1 degree outside. He didn't complain and explained why my water heater of 5 years probably died. I was never informed by the previous installers that in a closed water system you needed a pressure tank to handle the thermal backflow. In fact I never heard of it and told installer that I would Google it. He was right. The job he did was great. I would recommend this company to anyone. By the way the installers name was Salud. He was very courteous, polite and informative. Thank you again Axberg for a job well done.”
